Sending the most beautiful Eclipse blessings to you all today, may this be the shift we need, the energy to bring the change we all desire and the peace we wish to see in our world.
I started my day in the waterfall at @stnectansglen , cleansing, releasing and healing to let go and make space for the new.
We can only heal ourselves and share that healing with the world. We can’t wait for the world to change for us to heal….today is a beautiful day to set intention to work with yourself to find peace.
I’m heading home now and I’ll be sharing an Eclipse Yoga Flow @dorchesteryoga tonight 7.30-9pm which has a couple of spaces left DM me to join.

I love working 121 with clients, we can go so much deeper into healing work and I love to hear your stories and allow you space to feel heard and validated. Aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, healing, Akashic record reading it all goes on in this room.

Did you know that parts of your nervous system are

Did you know that parts of your nervous system are 500 million years old and closer to a primal, instinctual lizard than a conscious, spiritual human!

This part is known as Dorsal and it can completely ‘immobilise’ you if you go into shock, trauma or if you are being abused.

It’s the part that goes into shut down, often seen as a ‘playing dead’ response, collapse, passing out, shallow breathing and an inability to think straight.

It’s a sign your nervous system is very disregulated and can be a sure sign of you having a trauma disorder like C-PTSD if it happens to you often.

But today, do remember to forgive yourself, this is such a deep primal part of you that has no consciousness at all and although you do probably need to seek help and guidance to support your healing, its definitely not your fault when it gets activated!!

I had a wonderful, insightful and inspiring day yesterday in Salisbury. Supporting some lovely people with private retreat consultancy, bring their dreams into fruition and start their own retreats to support others and in their community.

It’s beautiful after 13 years running retreats, to be able to offer all the wisdom and knowledge I’ve built on in this time, in helping you get your heart centered projects off the ground.

Megan Taylor and her husband Howard, lovely team including Chris Seagal and Vicky Baker have created a stunning retreat venue in Charlton All Saints, called One Life 3P close to Salisbury and Ringwood, it’s available for hire and I’m hoping to be collaborating on some events there in the future.

This pretty cool thing happened!

They didn’t have my ‘category’ this year at the Dorset Tourism Awards, so after winning Gold in Dorset, 3 years running and Silver or bronze at the big South West awards from 2017-2020, no Spa & Wellbeing this time.

Instead they added Mellulah in as ‘Experience of the Year’!

I was up against the Moors Valley Treetops Adventure, (vertigo) a Rib Boat Ride in Durdle Door (wild!) and a Sea Train Adventure in Weymouth (big family day out)!!!!

And they so kindly gave me a Commended!! I thought that was awesome, a little yoga retreat and some sound healing, massage and reiki courses alongside those big adventurous and exciting experiences!!

Much love and gratitude to the @swtourismawards for this acknowledgement and lovely recognition. Maybe next year the gentle spa’s will be back, but to be honest I think I prefer being in with these guys much more!! 🤣❤

What an incredibly beautiful Imbolc we have here in Dorset today!
I’m out with my little Tilda pup and stood in the fields of Evershot the sun feels heavenly!
Snow drops and daffodils out, the tulips and hyacinth bulbs are sprouting in the garden, sky is blue, and that sense of spring and new growth is very much upon us here.

My own heart is feeling a great deal of growth at this time, thinking over the past few years, so much gratitude for the rich lessons I have learned.

So much is waiting to stir, to grow to bloom and to shine, so much abundance yet to be discovered in this mystery that is this life.

So much bubbling under the surface of the Earth, and so much bubbling in my own heart. The abundance of self love, self realization, such a beautiful thing to be held.

I hope you feel the blessing of it all today, too.

I honestly believe, if someone was to ask me how best to spiritually awaken, the best, most sure route?

Go through lots and lots of rather unpleasant, challenging, heartbreaking situations, betrayals and cruelty in life (like most people do) ..rise up every time, find a way through, surrender, let go, release the ego and stay strong, keep fighting on and never, ever give up.

That, is your sure way to release yourself from the mediocre, to find love in everything and to feel the nectar and richness of the simple breath, taste, smell and feel of every moment as if its pure miracle.

Forget the latest fad, psychedelic drugs, funky meditations or crazy yoga styles...just live, learn and heal day by day...pure and simple, sure fire way to spiritual awakening every time.

Life is the only and greatest teacher you need, life is awakening you if you’ll only just let it…

One of my lovely clients in the US saw my Jay feather post and when she checked her bird feeder film she saw this Jay and sent it right over to me!
