Day Retreat Information
Working with the vagus nerve to reset and regulate your nervous system. Whether you suffer with the stress and anxiety that many of us face with modern life, or if you have a more serious issue with trauma and panic attacks, this retreat day will support you.
Learn simple, practical techniques to reset your vagus nerve, you can then bring these into your daily life to help you when overwhelm hits, as it often can in December!
The yoga style on this day retreat will be more suitable for all abilities, we will practice Hatha yoga which is not as energetic as Vinyasa flow that we usually offer on our days, if you have any issues that may prevent you from fully enjoying the practice, just get in touch and Saira will be happy to reassure you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your yoga retreat with us will be entirely plant based/vegan, refined sugar-free and alcohol-free, unless otherwise stated. It is really important that you let us know of any dietary requirements, special diets and preferences, so that we can ensure you enjoy your delicious, healthy, nutritious meals. If you’ve never eaten plant-based before, prepare to be pleasantly surprised!
Its a good idea to wear loose comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation. If the weather is cool, or during the winter months, it’s also beneficial to bring warm layers so you can strip down to a vest top or t-shirt in the yoga class as you warm up. Bring thick socks for relaxation, if you like to be cosy.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, plus a pillow and blanket for the sound healing part of the day. Bring a water bottle if you can or we provide water and herb teas.
