A perfect location in the beautiful countryside; comfortable and clean - the food was a highlight; fresh, delicious vegetarian meals. Saira is so knowledgeable and supportive, creating a safe space immediately, ensuring everyone felt comfortable - wonderful yoga, workshops, sound baths and guided mediatations. in addition a little walking and to top it off a dip in the sea really added to the experience. I left the retreat feeling rested and with a deeper understanding of the process, and the workbook that followed was so helpful. I would highly recommend Saira's retreats and hope to be able to join another one soon! Tina M, Vagus Nerve Reset Retreat Guest
