An opulent retreat to fill you with tranquility
Nervous System Reset Manor House Retreat in Dorset
Visualise a magnificent Elizabethan Manor House in the beautiful Somerset countryside, where history, elegance and tranquillity create the perfect setting to slow down and truly exhale.
With beautiful historic rooms, characterful interiors, gorgeous grounds and a wonderful sense of timelessness, this is a very special place to retreat from the noise and demands of everyday life.
Designed as an intimate sanctuary for nervous system reset and deep rest, this retreat is limited to just 9–10 guests, creating a warm, personal and unhurried experience. Choose from beautiful shared triple rooms or one of the manor’s incredibly special rooms, including an opulent four-poster bedroom.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll gently support the body and nervous system to unwind through restorative yoga, guided meditation, breathwork and immersive sound healing. There will also be time to enjoy the grounds, relax in the beautiful surroundings and experience the invigorating combination of a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge.
Nourishing meals are shared together, with plenty of space to slow down, breathe deeply and simply be.
This is a weekend to press pause on the outside world, move from busy to calm, and give your whole system the chance to settle.
Come and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this extraordinary Somerset manor, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded and deeply restored.

Over the weekend you will enjoy our sessions of vinyasa, restorative yoga, and vagus nerve and nervous system resets with Saira, suitable for all abilities
Our in house, vegan chef Gilly from Wyld Green Kitchen will bless us with her creativity and nourishment through balanced and healthy meals, juices and snacks each day.
We will have a barrel wood fired sauna with us on Saturday for you to enjoy, whether you are a seasoned sauna addict or you've never tried this powerful way to reset your nervous system before. Saira will guide you so you feel comfortable and safe to try this, cold plunge entirely optional in January!
Over the weekend we will share two blissful sound bath healing workshops with gong and seven chakra crystal bowls, amazing to help you rest, balance and re-align your energy field. Each day there will be time together spent in meditation and sharing mantras for positive affirmations.
On this retreat there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy a session with our holistic therapist, a massage, healing or perhaps a reflexology from £40.
Our time at the yoga retreat was extremely special from the moment we arrived until the second we left. Saira was warm, knowledgeable and inspiring. The venue was exceptional - unique yet comfy. Imagine restorative yoga gazing at an expansive blue sky with swallows and house martins darting above! The food was fantastic and most of all, the range of sessions gifted us just the reset we needed. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team and a warm recommendation to all!
