This is Soul Medicine, a day into evening, carefully curated journey into celebration and elevation.
Yoga day retreat into evening Sober Rave.
Join the day retreat 10-4pm or the sober rave 5.30-9.30pm or stay and enjoy both!
We begin by dropping into the body with an uplifting Yoga Flow, followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to reset the nervous system and invite true relaxation.
Saira and Sam will guide you with their many decades of experience and dedication to wellness and retreats.
The entire day will have a backdrop of non-stop 90's classic dance tunes with DJ Andy Cleeton. Practice yoga to those spine tingling beats that bring up the nostalgia and so much joy.
With the option of an afternoon scenic walk up to St Catherine’s Chapel in Abbotsbury, an iconic landmark and a moment to breathe, reflect, and take in the beauty of the Dorset landscape.
We then close the daytime journey with a deeply immersive sound bath, featuring chakra crystal singing bowls and gong, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the day’s experience.
As the day into evening festival unfolds, you have the option to bring your own picnic lunch and supper or pre-book delicious home made meals from award winning Cherries cafe right next door to our stunning venue.
As day moves into night, the energy shifts, we open the doors to all and invite you to stay with us into late evening. Guided by the sounds of live DJs we will let loose and dance inside the barn.
All evening there will be a bar with a tempting range of sober drinks and heart opening, ceremonial raw cacao drink to purchase to enhance your ecstatic dancing!
