A powerful retreat to find the wild and free within you

This will be the fourth of Saira’s powerful retreat’s at St Nectan’s Glen. This is a magical space that has to be experienced to comprehend how special it really is. Surrounded by nature, the sacred ancient energy of the woodland and waterfall is transformationally healing. Whether you are enjoying a yoga class, sitting reading a book gazing out at to the tree canopy, taking one of the many opportunities to immerse yourself in the waterfalls crystalline flow or sleeping cosily in bed with the falls  resonate sound vibrating in your ears, this is the place to come to let go, surrender and become one with the nature elements.

About this retreat

Step into the mystical beauty of Cornwall’s northern coastline, where ancient legends and nature’s wonders come alive. Our retreat begins with a journey deep into the rainforest of St. Nectan’s Glen. Leaving cars behind, we’ll follow the winding riverbanks until we arrive at this hidden sanctuary—a 60ft waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and sacred energy.

For centuries, St. Nectan’s Glen has been revered as a site of healing and pilgrimage. Celtic festivals, medieval legends, and Christian traditions have all celebrated its sacred waters. From the enchanting tale of St. Nectan’s Bell to the baptism of King Arthur’s knights in the waterfall’s flow, this land holds a rich tapestry of stories. Nearby, labyrinth carvings and the ruins of Tintagel Castle—Arthur’s fabled birthplace—add to the profound magic of this ancient place.

Our retreat space is nestled high in the tree canopy above the sacred waterfall. This secluded haven is one of Cornwall’s most beautiful and secret places. When the Glen closes to the public each day, we’ll have it all to ourselves, breathing in its peaceful and transformative energy.

My experience on Saira's retreat at St. Nectan's Glen was truly extraordinary. I came all the way from the US for this unique experience. Saira is a gifted facilitator and healer, and through her kind, wise and humble nature, she created safe space for a group of strangers to find connection with one another and within themselves. The gorgeous and mystical setting of the Glen and the Cornwall coastline added to the magic and depth of this transformative retreat. Great care was taken to ensure that everyone's dietary, energetic and emotional needs were honored and I felt very cared for throughout the experience. I am so grateful I made the journey! - Emily, Finding your wild retreat guest

My experience at Saira's retreat was amazing. I've been on several of Saira's retreats and they are all wonderful, so thoughtfully planned, down to the smallest details, to make sure that everyone feels so welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend Saira's retreats and hope to go on many more! Thank you Saira xx

I have just returned from a retreat run by Saira and feel like I have been restored and replenished! Everything was well planned and organised with amazing food and facilities. If you are feeling undecided about attending a retreat alone I can reassure you that you will be made to feel welcome and looked after whilst you are there. Everyone is important in Saira's eyes and she has time and space for everyone who needs her attention. She's very caring and knowledgeable in all the activities she offers so you feel safe and nurtured. You'll not be disappointed.
