Soul Medicine Sober Rave
Imagine stepping back in time to a rave from the classic era, the late 80’s to the mid 90’s when rave culture had its hey day. Put this into the beautiful surroundings of The Abbey Tithe Barn in Abbotsbury and bring in the high vibe atmosphere where everyone is completely sober!
This is your chance to enjoy great dance music and move your body freely, festival vibes in an alcohol and drug free space with us, creating a space for you to come and have fun on your own or with friends.
This is Soul Medicine, an evening, carefully curated journey into celebration and elevation.
This evening – sober rave only – event has grown out of our realisation that so many of you would love to join us, but you don’t do yoga! So this is just DJ, sound system and dance. We follow on from our almost sold out yoga day retreat that runs 10-4pm, you can come along from 5.30-9.30pm and enjoy this early evening retreat day – after party!
This daytime Soul Medicine Yoga Retreat Festival event is open to book separately for anyone who would like to join the yoga day, very few spaces now left add yourself to the waiting list for last minute cancellations.
We will have an alcohol free bar with healthy drinks, chilled locally made Curious Kombucha drinks, herbal teas, warm ceremonial grade cacao drinks and more to purchase and enhance your ecstatic dancing!
Dance to a backdrop of non-stop 90's classic dance tunes with DJ Andy Cleeton. Move to these spine tingling beats that bring up the nostalgia and so much joy.
The tithe barn at Abbotsbury is more like a cathedral than a barn, huge vaulted and beamed ceilings, a vast space to dance, sit and chill or wander outside to the pretty surroundings around the mill pond.
We will have massage therapists on site offering 15 or 30 minute head or back massages from £10, pre-book by contacting us or just turn up and sign up for your slot.
